Information about the CLTCA

The Community Land Trust of Cape Ann, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation, dedicated to the mission of:

creating affordable home ownership opportunities for people who live and work on Cape Ann, and
to the stewardship of land.

Cape Ann Community Median Sale Price of homes in 1997
Gloucester $157,000
Rockport $196,000
Manchester $340,000
Essex $230,000
Ipswich $185,500

Land Trust developments are very affordable - one, two, three and four bedroom units in the Land Trust's current project on Haven Terrace are priced from $39,900 to $69,000.  Compare those prices with the 1997 median sale price of Cape Ann homes and you can see how the CLTCA is making homeownership affordable.

All of this is accomplished by the financial support of our members.   For information on how you can support the work of the CLTCA, click here.
